Terms of Service

1. Purpose
These Terms of Service establish the conditions and procedures for using the bnote service (hereinafter "Service") provided by ANAKONN INC (hereinafter "Company"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users.
2. Service Usage
The Service provides the following features:
- Creating and sharing memos without registration
- Accessing memos via custom URLs
- Protecting memos with passwords
3. User Obligations
Users must not engage in the following activities when using the Service:
- Infringing on others' personal information or copyrights
- Posting or sharing illegal content
- Interfering with the normal operation of the Service
- Distributing malicious code or viruses
4. Memo Deletion and Retention
Memos are automatically deleted according to the retention period selected by the user (1 hour, 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or permanent). The Company may delete memos containing content that violates laws, these terms, or is otherwise inappropriate without prior notice.
5. Service Changes and Suspension
The Company may change or suspend all or part of the Service, with reasonable advance notice. However, in unavoidable circumstances such as urgent system maintenance or incident response, the Service may be temporarily suspended without prior notice.
6. Disclaimer
The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of information posted by users on the Service. The Company has no obligation to intervene in disputes arising between users or between users and third parties through the Service, and is not liable for any resulting damages.
7. Intellectual Property
Intellectual property rights for the Service's design, logo, and software belong to the Company. Copyright for memos created by users belongs to the respective users, and the Company uses them only for the purpose of providing the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
The Company may modify these Terms when necessary, and modified Terms become effective upon announcement within the Service. Users who do not agree to the modified Terms may discontinue use of the Service.
